The Projector's Guild

Established at the heart of Eun-Cheonan, the Projector's Guild is the cornerstone of development within the Soul Plains, centered on improving the average living standard of Soulborn. Its goals are primarily to travel the living realm more, 'bring the general populace up to speed', and acclimate Soulborns to cultural & technological development. Led primarily by the Park Family and acting as the family's makeshift manor, the guild mostly consists of Parks, Kido practitioners recruited all across the Soul Plains, and those that work with the foremost. Most of the history regarding the faction is shrouded in a strange mystery that not even 'oldheads' among the Soulborn speak of, either due to lack of care or interest in potentially displeasing the Park family, who have gone out of their way to 'focus on the present'.

Territory

Leading up to the Projector's Guild is a three-prong barrier consisting of what's proclaimed to be 'over 33 kido tags', interlaid among the architecture by the Park Head, Yunjin Park, and maintained by his vast array of servants. The number of barriers & tags alike have only increased over the decades, with the indicators of such usually being the brazen declarations made by members of the family or the expansion of the outer wall to the manor at its center. Its main outside attraction is its courtyard featuring a brilliant garden, subsisting off of frequently recycled kido tags rather than actual servants, who instead utilize it during their lunches. Internally, the buildings all feature furnishing and items more common to the living realm - televisions, sofas, small sources of lighting & even appliances like microwaves & ovens. While some of these are powered by electricity running all throughout the manor, there are experimental efforts - namely in the more staff-traversed areas that utilize reishi as their power source.

The manor consists of a total of six different buildings -- the Main House which only Parks and those named Parks can enter; the Meeting Hall; the Barracks in which Kido recruits dwell; the Spirit Hall in which practice with one's reiryoku is performed; the Grand Library and finally the Teaching Hall. It notably draws from Nihon-jin culture rather than Hanguk-in, something that has never been brought up by the Park or fixed despite the frequent architectural changes that the manor goes through.

Main House: Serves as the 'home' to the Park family. It is where most of them dwell, and is the furthermost building centered at the northern wall of the guild. It has a neat little cliffside and waterfall behind it, too.
Meeting Hall: Consists of nothing more than a strangely long table, and an ensemble of chairs. It is where the elders conduct business.
Barracks: Where members of the Projector's Guild gather at night time. It has regular rooms and a second floor possessing bigger rooms for staff.
Spirit Hall: The largest building within the manor. Features a variety of ranges & kido-protected enclosures, facilitating a space in which all may freely practice their Spirit Way arts.
Grand Library: Second-largest building within the manor. Contains a variety of bookshelves and tables alike. Features mostly records on Kido and is strangely absent of any history despite many requests.
Teaching Hall: Self-explanatory. Bears several teaching rooms, which have basic target dummies & the like for demonstrations.

The territory of the Guild itself makes up at least a sixth Eun-Cheonan overall and generally requires official passage to enter. Several dozen guards are positioned at the four different gates in each cardinal direction, regularly scouting out the vicinity to prohibit unwanted entry. Entering without permission means guaranteed death - though there is a vast party of those who can enter without aside from guild members - members of the Park.

Heirarchy

Elder: The height of the Projector's Guild. They are normally those who have been around and loyal to the faction for decades, though a small few have been present since the founding a few centuries ago. There are a current of eight spots, currently all filled by masterful talents at the use of Kido.
Instructor: Actual teachers. They take precedence for teaching the 'next' generation and have access to most things & luxuries that the Projector's Guild has to offer. Female Parks tend to offer their hand in marriage to these folk, and there's not necessarily an age range for one to be an Instructor, making it a lucrative and sought-after career path for those within Eun-Cheonan without resplendent backing.
Faculty: Honed and trained, members of this level can get free Kido tags regularly, and can have occasional meetings with lower-to-mid level Park members. They usually lead Acolytes, serve as teacher aides and occasionally partake in meetings at the Meeting Hall. Occasionally taken to try out new equipment, technology, and Kido.
Acolyte: Official members of the Projector's Guild. They regularly gain a few Kido tags at a time and are trusted in their loyalties, but still do not receive any critical information or get to interact with Parks.
Trainee: New bloods. They are tasked with one simple thing, learning. Individuals of this level never get to practice with experimental tools, though they have very occasional access to Kido tags during lessons, and can purchase them for a small discount.

Parks are the only exclusion from this hierarchy, with them tending to be considered unofficially between Faculty & Acolyte. They are usually teacher favorites for their etiquette.

Code

"Members of the Projector's Guild are always expected to display 'exemplary decorum', and to show pride when speaking of their affiliation with the Projector's Guild."
"They are expected to periodically advertise the greatness of the guild, be it through the demonstration of Kido or advertising and/or recruitment attempts."
"While in the manor, they should always wear the mantle granted to them upon their joining. Their garments should never be too revealing upon the grounds, for they are in the proud presence of esteemed Kido members."
"Parks are to be bowed to upon their entry and upon their exit. Minamoto are to receive the same treatment, albeit wherever they're seen."

Relations

Most / any families or other parties not listed are impartial.
Soulborn: Some like it, some hate it - most are indifferent. They do not care for the 'technological revolution' sought after & figure-headed by the Park, as the family tends to hermit within the cushy comfort of Eun-Cheonan anyway.
Sunghyoon Timber: Allowed to be treated as 'Trainees' upon the manor. Members are to inform their nearest Park of a Sunghyoon Timber affiliate's arrival, however.
Minamoto: Indifferent. They seldom attend, and find it weird that they're bowed to if they do get acknowledged by a guildsman.
Xun: Considered an 'okay' or satisfactory faction. Xun rarely send their members here, but they work with the Parks and help them produce more explosive or celebratory tools, gadgets & items.
Park: :hairflip:.
