The Waterbark Escort Company is a prestigious group known for their exemplary ability to defend those they take across the Soul Plains. Owned by the Wang Clan, their roots start with the family's origins in Tasogare, regularly thieving and causing a ruckus among the community. They were ran out of the Bay up north, near the recently-founded City of Sparkles where they fought the Xun Head and narrowly escaped with their lives in a one-on-a-dozen bout. Putting the days of active engagement and banditry behind them, the Wang opted to atone for their problem-causing by offering services. Originally not trusted as they were thought to be setting up an opportunity to steal from clients, they rarely received clientele until they began to send out their trained infantry to defend people at various locations, such as all across the Golden Stretch and in various settlements.

Slowly but surely, their notoriety grew and their numbers were bolstered. From time to time they spoke of even fending off 'random assassins', later confirmed to be among the Stalker's Den. Their reputation has only grown over the centuries that they've been about.

Territory

A vast estate blatantly exposed out within the Golden Stretch, wedged amid the third mountain's expanse: the White Tiger. Propped near entry into the mountain, it is walled off with seemingly flimsy, white walls bearing black roofing atop them. The inside resembles more of a water park than an actual place of stay, with a series of fenced bridges for the visitors - and bodies of water surrounding every pathway. Members and Estate Guards regularly 'skip' across these bodies of water from one destination to another, and frequently use their 'terrain advantage' to battle off any rowdy attendees. A total of four buildings make up the estate, with one reserved for barracks, one reserved for a meeting area with guards or guests, and the other two serving as large living spaces for the members to dwell in and store their own items.

Heirarchy

Wang Head: Pass down and continually refine the Waterfowl Dance. They survived direct conflict with the Xun Head. Bears the name of Wang Yuze.
Wang Clan: Highest 'position' one can reach within the Waterbark Escort company. If an individual hasn't already learned it, they are granted access to familial arts, and go on to receive living quarters. They're never sent out to defend unless it is with an official partner of the family -- a rarity.
Estate Guard: A 'retired' position considering the safety of the clan grounds. There is seldom a visitor seeking a lethal bout, but these guards regularly fresh up their abilities by training with the official members of the Wang. They are sent to defend the most prized families as hired arms, similar to a samurai, and even entrusted with a firearm.
Field Guard: The typical member. They are sent to guard lower-level clientele usually for travel. Can sometimes be sent in groups of three.
