Zenchou's Government

On the decline since the 1960s, the Executive of Zenchou has only recently seen a rise in the advent of a desperate sequence of elections. Originally discriminating against and ignoring spiritualists, they finally caved at the turn of 2000, opting to allow the entry of lower-rate spiritualists into political influence. Since then, slowly but surely law has become more prominent across Zenchou. No longer are mundane as fearful of spiritualists due to the gradual decline of crime across the city, and authoritative figures have begun to seize more efficient means to deal with the superpowered threat proliferating their streets, namely in the form of their own fellow Spiritualists. It hasn't seen much success as of late though, given the spiritualists that have offered their aid are usually too far and between, and/or pretty weak.

But their government building is still decrepit.

Territory

Zenchou City. The introduction of surveillance across the city such as cameras and the like has done well to aid them too. They of course work with the local law enforcement such as police, agents and so on, and tend to utilize the personnel affiliated with those stations to stay in touch with the current happenings throughout the city.

Heirarchy

I'm not writing out a government legislative. The mayor is a citizen by the name of Bachigiri, Akira.
