Shindou Investigative

Shindou Investigative appeared at the turn of the year 2000 under the iron grip of. . . an unstated name. It is uncertain who runs it and who managed to get all the cash to make the place legitimate, but it's an actual spot for employment that takes in regulars & spiritual adepts. It is said that most of their files and things they track have to do with other spiritual adepts though, so it's clear what 'side' they play for, even if they don't seem to be government-funded.

Territory

A small red two-story building in the southeast around the 'crappier' parts of town. Many are seeing going in and out of it, but it never really gets much traction aside from clientele and presumed workers heading to & fro. They seem to lack any security, aside from being surrounded by commonplace buildings.

Heirarchy

Head: It is unknown who it is, but they run the show.
Operations: Delegate tasks and who does what. Maintain the information flow and ensure it doesn't creep beyond the ears of those in the Investigative.
Whistleblower: Snitches. Rats. Anyone who's an inside man. Shindou Investigative informally recruits these lots, knowing they're usually already tied to other companies.
Agent: Regular infantry type people. They go out and handle trouble as it comes, or reports it. Tend to be vigilante-esque or work alongside law enforcement.

Code

"Don't be a rat unless you're getting paid a lot."
"Stay out of trouble you can't handle."
"Let's make this a safer place."

Relations

Spiritualists (Neutral): Uncertain of how to feel about turning on fellow Spiritualists. The pay is good though.
"Spiritualists" (Dislike): A potential danger. But not a strong one.
Noragami (Hate): Digging where they shouldn't be.
Executive of Zenchou (VERY HIGH): Needed help!

Benefits

Affiliation with higher-end Spiritualists.
Lucrative field for any position.
Free tutelage on how to utilize one's abilities and reiryoku.
An easy excuse to beat up fellow Spiritualists. Law turns a blind eye for some reason.
