Kisai Headquarters

Established just in 2006, Kisai Headquarters started up as an investigative agency only a few years following the likes of Shindou Investigative. Always remaining on the heels of their self-proclaimed rivals, Kisai HQ fervently battles for any lead in news media and frequents sublime targeting of the Shindou Investigative's reputation, often through comments designed to come off as innocuous or playful. No one is quite sure why half of a company's image is devout to defaming another's, but Kisai has seemingly managed to elude all potential issues with the law. They act under the notion of 'serving the public' and have done so to a surprising extent in ousting numerous people, namely of spiritualist origin for their horrid ways to be apprehended by the newly-established superpowers within Zenchou's executive.

Territory

Billboards. Commercials. Even backing from the occasional political candidate. While infamous with the public, Kisai always manages to remain within the faces of all due to their exorbitant spending on advertising campaigns. They present a front of innocence and simply 'wanting to know the truth' as a means to justify their noisy debacles with other companies. Despite the general populace practically despising their loudmouth ways, their 'territory' in media has only spread, courtesy of succeeding in exposing numerous figures in the past.

Heirarchy

Much like their rival agency, it is unknown who the CEO of Kisai Headquarters is. All that is known is they have a fair share of throwaway money, considering the frequent advertisement of their name across Zenchou and other locations in the Kyushu region. Their hierarchy has been left quite subtle as well, given how few people speak of being employed by Kisai.

Spiritualists (Neutral): Feel that their image is being repaired steadily by Kisai, but also fear that the 'hit pieces' may spread to more than just those deserving.
Shindou Investigative (Dislike): Considered weirdos by the Shindou Investigative.
Regular Citizens (Like): They're bad, but they expose worse.

Benefits

Lots of dirty information on figures in Zenchou, as well as the influx of spiritual adepts within the city.
