The Three

The infamous Sanmittai. They don't call one another neighbors, but all demonstrate the common affluence over a purer strain of reiryoku. It is known publically by spiritual adepts that these individuals boast abilities different from their own, primarily by their shaping of weaponry out of pure spiritual energy and use of 'auxiliary tools'. Some say they've seen strange vials, others proclaim they've seen tags assigned to buildings. But the result has been the same every time they speak of what they saw next.

Death.

Known only by their collective moniker, this triad is actively feared by the public of spiritual adept and sought after fervently by Zenchou's executive for a singular purpose - justice.

Territory

"Never linger up far in the North side of town for too long." -- are the first set of words any spiritual adept new to Zenchou City is told on arrival. No one's publically stated whether or not such a location is definitively under the control of the triad; the City Hall is there after all in the dead center. It couldn't be when the government is right there, right? Looking for them? Spying on them at every turn? Anyone who truly knows has been forced to keep a shut mouth or is willingly withholding information to avoid the Hell that could be released.
