Jargon

As the title suggests, this is a list of the average terms utilized in-universe. It'll be updated as I think of things that come to mind.

General

The Five Families: Refers to the five Adept families: the Yuurei, Gintoki, Edelweiss, Griffith, Ferrari.
Spiritually Adept: Anyone capable of harnessing reishi / reiryoku. There are numerous other names such as 'demi-human', 'spiritually-inclined', 'aware ones'. The list goes on far longer than I'd like to write out, but pretty much think of anything suggesting someone is aware / cognizant of the spiritual world.
Outcast: What other races refer to Spiritualists as due to them being outliers in what they're capable of, even among their 'fellow' spiritually-aware.
Devilbrained: Another way to call someone retarded.
Deviled: Description used for someone who's been killed or humiliated by a Devil. Depending on how this occurred for them, they may even be referenced as food.
Soulshitter: The derogatory term for Soulborn.
Adept-sty: The derogatory term for Adepts.
Fresh: Way to refer to someone as new at being a spiritual-adept, or weak. It is a noun, such as "You're fresh, aren't you?"
